Project: Bomba
Location: MG Road & GK3, Delhi NCR
Bomba is the first secret project owned by Kula and Sid, combining pizza and tacos. Extensive research was done to choose the best location in the city. With Kula and the culinary team creating a special menu we wanted everything from the atmosphere and branding to reflect a love for hospitality. Fun non alcoholic drinks were introduced, along with cyclic menus specializing in local produce and ingredients. A talented team was assembled to continuously improve the space. Secret Ingredient carried out the full scope of operations ranging from design and location layout, internal and identity research to Media and Core Structuring. With 2 successful locations and 2 more on the way, BOMBA is making a mark in the F&B Industry.










Project: Niko
Location: MG Road, Delhi NCR
NIKO is a modern asian restaurant in Gurugram, Delhi NCR, featuring a modern design with clean stone, sleek lines, and warm leather. The live kitchen and Omakase-style bar focuses on a personal guest experience. The ambiance is enhanced with 90s R&B to give its consumers the full experience. While Secret Ingredient managed the design and offerings, we also focused on carrying out all operations ranging from architectural layout, Internal and Identity research to training, media management and core structuring.






Project: Koyo Koyo
Location: Hyatt Centric, Chandigarh
Koyo Koyo is a well-known restaurant in Chandigarh that captures the City's attention with its food and drinks. Research showed the need for a lively Asian restaurant focused on quality food and modern presentation, leading to Koyo Koyo's creation. The menu combines traditional Asian dishes with a modern twist. Secret Ingredient carried out full scope of operations ranging from design and architectural layout, internal and identity research to Training and Core Structuring.

Project: Libertario
We collaborated with Libertario Coffee in GK 2 to build the café from the ground up, starting with internal research, market feasibility, and concept positioning. The Colombian coffee chain is known for its one-of-a-kind coffee beans, wide spread variety of roasts, and impeccable flavour profile.
Our scope included defining the cuisine identity, menu structure, and core brand philosophy, ensuring Libertario stood out in a saturated café market. We also designed the kitchen and outlet layout for operational efficiency and guided the hiring and team structuring process to align with the brand’s ethos.







Project: Qavalli
Location: Aerocity, Delhi NCR
Qavalli is a space that helps transport its customers to an era of bygone flavours and spices. Reflecting the grandeur of the past and showcasing its gilded glamour, it follows the success of Chica. Restaurateur Dinesh Arora tasked us with creating another dining space where we developed menus featuring lost recipes and modern techniques, along with unique cocktail creations.SI carried out full scope of operations ranging from design and architectural layout, internal and identity research to training and core structuring.

Project: Ledor World
Location: MG Road, Delhi NCR
Our clients wanted to create a café and bakery featuring their gourmet chocolate brand, Ledor. Secret Ingredient helped find a suitable location on M.G. Road, New Delhi, and worked with architects on the design. We recruited a specialized team and developed a menu combining Parisian charm with items like croissant wheels and artisanal coffees. In order for the vision to be brought to life, we focused on the Design and location layout, developing the Brand’s visual Identity and focused on Talent Training and Core Structuring for Ledor.




Project: Notorious
Location: Jalandhar
Notorious is Jalandhar's latest speakeasy and bar with every aspect of the place meticulously designed to impress. It aims to offer the best food and cocktails in the city, focusing on presentation and Instagram appeal. The menu includes global favorites like Ebi Tempura and Lamb Ragu Pappardelle, alongside local favorites like the Notorious Butter Chicken. The quirky bar features innovative drinks and unique presentation methods. SI undertook the Bar's operations, ranging from design and architectural layout, visualizing the Brand’s visual identity and talent training along with its structuring.














Project: Kaansa
Location: Crown Plaza, Delhi NCR
Kaansa, a project with the IHG Group, is a modern Indian dining space that enhances traditional flavors with stylish presentation. Located in the lobby of the Crowne Plaza, Gurugram, it aims to offer a sense of luxury while honoring beloved regional dishes. The menu includes items like Butter Chicken with white butter, Bullet Mutton Seekh, and Prawn Malai Curry. Fun and nostalgic cocktails like Gulab and Musa Mule were also created, supported by trials and training sessions. Secret Ingredient also carried out the full scope of operations ranging from design and location layout, internal and identity research to Media Management and Core Structuring.

Project: Lyrah
Location: Trident, Delhi NCR
Lyrah- the Trident, Gurugram’s jewel bar was ranked among the top 30 bars in India. The space is designed to be a green oasis, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. The bar menu features flavorful infusions with top liquors and unique garnishes, while the food menu offers a mix of global and familiar tastes. Lyrah serves as both, a casual hangout and a formal setting for drinks and business. SI was asked to undertake all operations ranging from design and architectural layout, internal and identity research to training and core structuring.







Project: Chica
Location: One Golden Mile, Delhi NCR
Chica is located at One Golden Mile in Delhi, designed like a French garden. The focus was on the creative direction, food, and the drinks. Training was essential for the large establishment, which has a large number of tables, 2 bars, and several kitchens. The menu features items like Nori Harissa Chicken Wings and Jackfruit Gyro. Chica is known for unique cocktails that tell a story while concocting high end experiences. Along with the creative direction, SI carried out a full scope, right from design and architectural layout, internal and identity research to hiring and training of staff.

Project: The Khyber Resort
Location: Gulmarg, Kashmir
Khyber Resort, Jammu and Kashmir's award winning luxury hotel, partnered with us to revamp their culinary spaces. We focused on multiple areas of the property, including enhancing their buffet, breakfast experience, private dining offerings, coffee programs, and new restaurant concepts. Keeping with the Khyber's theme, we conceptualized Brava, a specialty restaurant that beautifully merges flavors from the Western Himalayas, the Apennines, and the Alps.
Beyond food and beverage, we took on a comprehensive operational transformation— covering design and architectural layout, internal and brand identity research, media strategy, and core talent structuring—to ensure a seamless and elevated guest experience.





Project: F&B Advisor for SWIGGY
Location: PAN India
Swiggy is a leading food delivery service in India. The Bowl Company was their first major project, which expanded nationwide. SI collaborated with the Brand on its visual identity, kitchen planning, culinary development, and training along with developing several cloud kitchen brands like The Bowl Company, Homely, Canteen Central, and Istah. Secret Ingredient undertook a variety of operations ranging from design and identity research to training and operations of food and beverage departments.





Project: Ditas
Location: Mehrauli, Delhi NCR
We had an opportunity to collaborate with the Khaitan family for their first food and beverage venture in the Ambawatta One complex in Mehrauli, a prime area near luxury stores and the Qutab Minar. We designed a travel-themed menu for an elite clientele. We curated a specialized team of individuals to carry out the ideology behind Ditas. Our association with Ditas continued as we worked with the marketing and PR teams and assisted in expanding to Mumbai and San Francisco.Throught the process, SI carried out the full scope of operations ranging from Brand Design and Graphic layout, Internal and Identity Research and Core Talent Structuring.

Project: Mama Miso for Heritage Resort
Location: Arossim, South Goa
We collaborated with The Heritage Group with the aim to develop a food strategy for their resort in Goa. Goa witnessed a rise in demand for Pan Asian food. Through extensive research and trials, we created a unique restaurant that attracts both visitors and locals, offering authentic Pan Asian dishes in a pleasant setting. With the aim to elevate the existing Pan-Asian offerings in Goa, SI undertook operations ranging from design and architectural layout, internal and identity research to media and core structuring.









Project: Basco & Fry
Location: Bangalore
With the lack of that classic Americana cuisine, Co-Owners Karan and Ritika aimed to improve the gap in Bengaluru and opened Basco & Fry in Indiranagar with this goal. To do this, they came to Secret Ingredient. The delivery kitchen gained popularity as a standard for American dishes. We focused on classic cooking methods and carried out thorough marketing strategies, emphasizing online media and word-of mouth for success.SI curated custom concepts and feasibility reports, undertaking processes ranging from Brand identity, Creative Direction and Training and Marketing.

Project: Anardana
Location: Delhi NCR, Chandigarh
We began our relationship with Anardana and Dr. Ritesh Malik in 2017 to develop an Indian cuisine restaurant brand tailored to customer preferences while maintaining its essence. Today, Anardana has multiple outlets in Chandigarh and Delhi NCR along with cloud kitchen brands too. We worked on marketing strategies, new locations, audits, and problem solving. Dr. Ritesh Malik praised our team for significantly contributing to Anardana's success. We carried out the full scope of operations ranging from design and location layout, internal and identity research to Media and Core Structuring.



Project: F&B Advisor for Select Citywalk
Location: Delhi NCR, Chandigarh
Nexus Select Citywalk is a well-known mall in Delhi NCR and home to many popular brands got SI onboard to revamp their food court in 2013. We assisted with brand selection, menu ideas, layouts, and services to create MySquare, which now earns six times more than before. We continue to serve as Food Consultants for the mall. Secret Ingredient carried out full scope of operations ranging from curating MySquare's layout and menu engineering, internal and identity research to all marketing and adjacent activities .


Project: F&B Advisor for The British School
Location: Delhi NCR
This project is special for us as our Directors are alumni of The British School. We began our partnership in 2013 by organizing the food and beverage offerings for the School's 50th Anniversary. We revamped the Tuck Shop and introduced an organic food offering in the canteen, participating in all stages of the process. Since the School has got SI on board, they have seen a record number of students in the meal program each year. We carried out operations ranging from concept and identity research to training of the staff.




Project: Kairali
Location: Delhi NCR, Chandigarh
Kairali is one of the most well-known Ayurvedic brands in India with a legacy of over 110 years. Run by a long family lineage of traditional Ayurvedic doctors, we were engaged to re-invent the menu for their Ayurvedic Healing Village Resort in Palakkad. In line with the Company’s philosophy of authenticity, we delved deep into the science of Ayurveda and learnt about the prevalent ingredients and food practices. The final menu that we developed through food trials focused on healing and wellness. We then went on to re-do the branding for their range of retail products including herbal teas and beauty products.




Project: XO & Mi @ Le Belvedere
Location: Delhi NCR
Le Meridien partnered with Secret Ingredient to reimagine its rooftop dining experience, leading to a complete transformation of the former Belvedere restaurant into Xo & Mi-an elevated yet soulful tribute to Asian street food. SI conceptualized a unique blend of vibrant street flavours within a refined dining setting, striking a balance between authenticity and sophistication. The project spanned menu curation, interior design consultation, branding, positioning, and team training, ensuring a seamless launch. SI continues to oversee operations for the upcoming bar, further enhancing the restaurant's experiential offerings.

Project: Easy Tiger
Location: Delhi NCR
Secret Ingredient led the full-scale development for Easy Tiger, a contemporary Thai dining restaurant. From initial ideation to execution, SI handled every aspect, including in-depth market research, financial planning, and budget structuring. The project encompassed strategic site selection, coordination of interior design and architecture, contractor onboarding and team recruitment. With a vision to modernize and elevate Thai cuisine, Easy Tiger's culinary program was meticulously crafted by SI, drawing inspiration from Thailand's diverse gastronomic heritage.




Project: Bonita
Location: Arrosim, South Goa
After the success of Mama Miso, we collaborated with the Heritage Village & Resorts, Goa to create a new restaurant. We were involved in naming and designing the menu for Bonita, which means "beautiful". Located near Arrosim Beach, it has become a popular dining spot in South Goa. The menu offers various options, from pizzas to grilled dishes, and includes unique drinks crafted to reflect the beaches of Goa. Within a year, Bonita received the Times Food Award 2024 for Best New Opening. SI undertook and carried out functions ranging from the Design and Location layout, Internal and Brand Identity research to Media and Hiring of Talent.
